For more than 70 years, Goodwill organizations across the United States and Canada have commemorated Goodwill Week during the first week of May to raise awareness of our mission of providing supportive opportunities for individuals with disabilities or other barriers to enhance their lives. During Goodwill Week 2024, we celebrated with a variety of activities for our community members:
Field Day
Members of Community Participation Supports program participated in a Field Day event at our Dickson City location. The event featured a variety of fun activities including Hungry Hippos, Candyland, basketball, and more!
Smiling G Sale
Shoppers made a donation to support Goodwill’s mission and services by purchasing a Smiling G.
Bowling Day
Members of our Community Participation Supports program enjoyed pizza for lunch and an afternoon of bowling at Idle Hours South.
