Scranton, Pa. – Goodwill Industries of Northeastern Pennsylvania (NEPA) recently reopened its newly renovated and expanded Hazleton Goodwill Store.

Representatives of local elected officials, community leaders, and Goodwill employees celebrated the reopening with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The expansion more than doubled the store’s square footage to 10,800 and features significant investments including new flooring and fixtures, fresh paint, an upgraded and expanded donation area, and additional parking.

Goodwill Industries of NEPA retail stores provide quality goods at affordable prices and on-the-job training for individuals in its programs and jobs for local communities.

The Hazleton location at 296 Airport Road is one of 10 Goodwill stores across Northeastern Pennsylvania that supports Goodwill’s mission to provide supportive opportunities for individuals with disabilities or other barriers to enhance their lives.
